Waldina Galeano started in real estate in 2006, the year she finished high school, which puts 20 years behind her Texas Real Estate Commission Broker License #665052 as of 2026.

She did not come to the industry through a family business or a corporate transfer program. She watched her own parents buy their first home and felt they were not given the education they needed to protect themselves in that transaction. From a Struggling New Agent to Broker and CEO

Waldina Galeano became a broker after her own early years as an agent, when she had no structured support from the broker she worked under and had to teach herself the business through online courses while burning through her savings.
